1. Tentang kebijakan ini

Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan data pribadi apa yang dikumpulkan KPT Project (“kami”), cara kami menggunakannya, kepada siapa data dibagikan, serta hak-hak Anda saat menggunakan situs kptproject.com, aplikasi KPT Uploader untuk Windows, dan aplikasi KPT Uploader untuk Android (bersama-sama “Layanan”). Kebijakan ini disusun dengan mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP).

KPT Project adalah usaha perorangan yang beralamat di Dk. Dopang, Ds. Lahar, RT 03 / RW 01, Kec. Tlogowungu, Kab. Pati, Jawa Tengah 59161, dan bertindak sebagai pengendali data pribadi untuk Layanan. Kontak kami tercantum di bagian akhir halaman ini.

2. Ringkasan

  • Video dan foto Anda diproses di perangkat Anda sendiri — file beserta isinya tidak pernah dikirim ke server kami.
  • Kami tidak menjual data pribadi Anda.
  • Situs kptproject.com tidak memakai cookie iklan maupun analitik.
  • Aplikasi Android versi gratis menampilkan iklan Google AdMob; pelanggan KPT Pro tidak melihat iklan.
  • Pembayaran diproses oleh Duitku (situs) dan Google Play (aplikasi Android). Kami tidak pernah menerima data kartu, rekening, atau dompet digital Anda.

3. Data yang kami kumpulkan

Kami hanya mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan Layanan:

  • Akun — nama, alamat email, dan kata sandi (disimpan dalam bentuk hash sehingga tidak dapat kami baca), serta foto profil bila Anda mengunggahnya.
  • Data penagihan (opsional) — nama perusahaan, NPWP, alamat penagihan, dan negara, untuk keperluan invoice.
  • Transaksi — produk dan paket, nominal, kupon, metode pembayaran, status, nomor invoice, dan nomor referensi Duitku. Untuk memproses pembayaran, nama, email, dan nomor telepon (bila diisi) diteruskan ke Duitku.
  • Lisensi dan perangkat — kunci lisensi, pengenal perangkat (HWID) berupa nilai hash dari pengenal sistem, nama perangkat, sistem operasi, dan waktu terakhir aktif. Data ini dikirim aplikasi saat Anda mengaktifkan, memeriksa, atau melepas lisensi.
  • Kuota gratis aplikasi Windows — HWID (nilai hash) dan jumlah pemakaian gratis per produk, tanpa nama atau email, untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan kuota gratis.
  • Dukungan — isi tiket dan pesan yang Anda kirim melalui situs, email, atau WhatsApp.
  • Keamanan dan log teknis — alamat IP, jenis peramban/perangkat (user agent), dan waktu akses, untuk sesi login, log audit keamanan, dan pembatasan laju (rate limiting). Server kami dan Cloudflare juga mencatat log akses standar.
  • Fitur pengembang (bila dipakai) — kunci API (disimpan dalam bentuk hash), URL webhook beserta data peristiwa yang kami kirim ke URL tersebut, dan anggota tim yang Anda tambahkan (nama dan email).

3a. Pesanan akun AI dan akun bersaldo API

Kami mencatat paket yang dibeli, penyedia, nominal dan satuan saldo awal jika relevan, pembayaran, serta riwayat penyerahan oleh admin. Pembeli menerima akun baru; checkout tidak meminta password atau API key akun provider milik pembeli.

Rincian akses akun yang diserahkan admin disimpan terenkripsi dan hanya dapat dibuka pemilik pesanan serta admin yang berwenang. Kredensial tidak disertakan dalam email pemberitahuan, halaman katalog, invoice PDF, atau catatan audit. Akses dan perubahan hasil penyerahan dicatat tanpa isi kredensial.

Masa penyimpanan rincian akses ditetapkan sebelum produk akun diaktifkan. Sesudah batas tersebut, rincian tidak dapat dibuka dan dapat dihapus dari penyimpanan aktif; metadata invoice tetap mengikuti kebijakan retensi transaksi. Hubungi kami untuk informasi atau permintaan terkait rincian akses dan penyimpanan cadangannya.

4. Aplikasi KPT Uploader (Windows & Android)

  • Pemrosesan lokal. Video dan foto yang Anda pilih diproses di perangkat Anda, dan hasilnya disimpan di perangkat (galeri atau folder pilihan Anda). Kami tidak menerima file maupun isinya.
  • Data di perangkat. Riwayat dan koleksi hasil (nama file, lokasi, info teknis video), pengaturan, hasil cek kemampuan perangkat, dan status KPT Pro disimpan hanya di perangkat Anda. Data ini terhapus saat Anda mengosongkan koleksi, menghapus data aplikasi, atau mencopot aplikasi.
  • Pembaruan (Windows). Aplikasi memeriksa dan mengunduh pembaruan dari dl.kptproject.com (disajikan melalui Cloudflare).
  • Lisensi dan kuota gratis. Lihat bagian 3.

Izin aplikasi Android dan kegunaannya:

  • Internet — membuka TikTok, mengunduh video, menampilkan iklan, dan memeriksa status langganan.
  • Notifikasi — menampilkan progres dan hasil pemrosesan atau unduhan.
  • Layanan latar depan — agar pemrosesan dan unduhan tetap berjalan saat layar mati atau aplikasi berada di latar belakang.
  • Penyimpanan (hanya Android 10 ke bawah) — menyimpan hasil ke galeri. File dipilih melalui pemilih file sistem, sehingga aplikasi hanya mengakses file yang Anda pilih.
  • ID iklan — dipakai oleh Google AdMob (lihat bagian 6).
  • Tagihan Google Play — untuk langganan KPT Pro.

5. Akun TikTok di aplikasi Android

  • Login dilakukan langsung di halaman resmi TikTok yang dibuka di dalam aplikasi. Kata sandi dan kode verifikasi Anda dikirim langsung ke TikTok — kami tidak dapat melihat maupun menyimpannya.
  • Sesi login (cookie) tersimpan di perangkat Anda. Aplikasi membaca data profil Anda sendiri (nama, username, jumlah pengikut) serta daftar dan statistik video Anda dari halaman TikTok untuk ditampilkan di “Videoku”. Data ini diproses dan disimpan hanya di perangkat Anda dan tidak dikirim ke server kami.
  • Fitur “Cek & unduh”: tautan TikTok yang Anda tempel atau bagikan ke aplikasi dibuka langsung dari perangkat Anda ke TikTok, dan file yang diunduh disimpan di galeri Anda.
  • Saat Anda mengunggah melalui TikTok Studio di aplikasi, file dikirim langsung dari perangkat Anda ke TikTok.
  • Penggunaan TikTok tunduk pada Kebijakan Privasi TikTok. Anda dapat keluar kapan saja melalui Akun → ⋮ → Keluar, yang menghapus sesi TikTok dari perangkat.

6. Iklan di aplikasi Android versi gratis

Aplikasi Android versi gratis menampilkan iklan dari Google AdMob. Untuk menayangkan dan mengukur iklan serta mencegah penipuan, Google dapat mengumpulkan ID iklan perangkat, informasi perangkat dan aplikasi, alamat IP (termasuk perkiraan lokasi dari alamat IP), serta interaksi Anda dengan iklan. Iklan dapat dipersonalisasi sesuai persetujuan dan pengaturan Anda.

  • Pengguna di wilayah tertentu (mis. Wilayah Ekonomi Eropa, Inggris, dan Swiss) diminta persetujuan melalui formulir persetujuan Google, dan dapat mengubah pilihannya di Pengaturan → Pilihan privasi iklan.
  • Anda dapat mereset atau menghapus ID iklan dan mematikan personalisasi iklan melalui pengaturan Android (Setelan → Google → Iklan, atau Setelan → Privasi → Iklan).
  • Pelajari cara Google menggunakan data dari aplikasi mitranya: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Pelanggan KPT Pro tidak melihat iklan. Situs kptproject.com tidak menampilkan iklan.

7. Pembayaran

  • Situs kptproject.com — pembayaran diproses oleh payment gateway Duitku bersama bank dan penyedia pembayaran mitranya. Kami hanya menerima status dan nomor referensi transaksi.
  • Aplikasi Android — langganan KPT Pro diproses oleh Google Play. Aplikasi hanya menerima status langganan dan token pembelian dari Google Play untuk membuka fitur Pro; data pembayaran Anda tidak pernah kami terima. Langganan dapat dikelola atau dibatalkan di Google Play.

8. Tujuan dan dasar pemrosesan

  • Menyediakan Layanan — membuat dan mengelola akun, memproses pesanan, menerbitkan dan memvalidasi lisensi, serta mengirim kunci lisensi dan invoice (pemenuhan perjanjian dengan Anda).
  • Keamanan dan pencegahan penyalahgunaan — sesi login, log audit, pembatasan laju, dan batas kuota gratis (kepentingan yang sah).
  • Dukungan pelanggan — menjawab pertanyaan dan menangani kendala (pemenuhan perjanjian dan kepentingan yang sah).
  • Kewajiban hukum — pencatatan transaksi dan perpajakan.
  • Iklan di aplikasi Android versi gratis — berdasarkan persetujuan Anda bila diwajibkan, atau kepentingan yang sah.

Kami tidak menjual data pribadi dan tidak menggunakannya untuk pengambilan keputusan otomatis yang menimbulkan akibat hukum bagi Anda.

9. Pihak yang memproses data

Kami hanya membagikan data kepada penyedia layanan yang membantu menjalankan Layanan, sebatas yang diperlukan:

  • Duitku — pemrosesan pembayaran di situs.
  • Google — Google Play (distribusi aplikasi dan langganan) serta Google AdMob (iklan) di aplikasi Android.
  • Cloudflare — jaringan, keamanan situs, dan penyimpanan file (foto profil dan file unduhan aplikasi).
  • Resend — pengiriman email transaksional (mis. kunci lisensi).
  • ImprovMX — penerusan email yang Anda kirim ke alamat @kptproject.com.
  • Penyedia server (VPS) — tempat situs dan basis data kami berjalan.

Kami juga dapat mengungkapkan data bila diwajibkan oleh hukum atau atas permintaan resmi instansi yang berwenang.

10. Transfer data ke luar negeri

Sebagian penyedia di atas (seperti Google, Cloudflare, Resend, dan ImprovMX) dapat memproses data di luar wilayah Indonesia. Kami hanya memakai penyedia yang menerapkan pelindungan data yang memadai, sesuai ketentuan UU PDP.

11. Penyimpanan dan penghapusan data

  • Akun, lisensi, dan perangkat — disimpan selama akun Anda aktif.
  • Invoice dan catatan transaksi — disimpan selama diwajibkan peraturan (mis. perpajakan, hingga 10 tahun), termasuk setelah akun dihapus.
  • Log keamanan dan sesi — disimpan selama diperlukan untuk keamanan akun dan terhapus bersama akun.
  • Catatan kuota gratis (HWID) — disimpan selama produk terkait tersedia, untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan; tidak terhubung dengan nama atau email.
  • Data di aplikasi (koleksi, pengaturan, sesi TikTok) — tersimpan di perangkat sampai Anda menghapusnya atau mencopot aplikasi.

Anda dapat meminta penghapusan akun dan data pribadi kapan saja (lihat bagian 13). Setelah permintaan terverifikasi, kami menghapus atau menganonimkan data Anda, kecuali data yang wajib kami simpan menurut hukum.

12. Keamanan data

Kami melindungi data dengan koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS), hash untuk kata sandi dan kunci API, serta akses administrasi yang dibatasi. Kami tidak menyimpan data kartu atau rekening. Tidak ada sistem yang sepenuhnya aman; bila terjadi kegagalan pelindungan data pribadi yang berdampak pada Anda, kami akan memberi tahu Anda dan instansi terkait sesuai ketentuan UU PDP.

13. Hak Anda

Sesuai UU PDP, Anda berhak untuk:

  • mendapatkan informasi tentang pemrosesan data pribadi Anda;
  • mengakses dan memperoleh salinan data pribadi Anda;
  • memperbaiki data yang tidak akurat atau tidak lengkap;
  • meminta penghapusan data pribadi Anda;
  • menarik kembali persetujuan yang pernah Anda berikan;
  • meminta penundaan atau pembatasan pemrosesan;
  • mengajukan keberatan atas keputusan yang semata-mata didasarkan pada pemrosesan otomatis, termasuk profiling;
  • memperoleh data Anda dalam format yang umum digunakan;
  • menggugat dan menerima ganti rugi atas pelanggaran pemrosesan data pribadi Anda sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Sebagian dapat Anda lakukan sendiri di dashboard akun: memperbarui profil dan data penagihan, mencabut sesi aktif, dan melepas perangkat dari lisensi. Untuk permintaan lain, kirim email ke [email protected] dari alamat email akun Anda dengan subjek “Permintaan Data Pribadi”. Kami dapat memverifikasi identitas Anda dan akan menanggapi dalam jangka waktu yang ditetapkan peraturan perundang-undangan.

14. Cookie dan penyimpanan lokal di situs

  • Cookie sesi (wajib) — menjaga Anda tetap login dan melindungi formulir dari penyalahgunaan.
  • Penyimpanan lokal peramban — mengingat pemberitahuan yang sudah Anda tutup dan kode kupon yang sedang dipakai.
  • Cloudflare dapat memasang cookie keamanan untuk melindungi situs dari lalu lintas berbahaya.

Kami tidak memakai cookie iklan atau analitik.

15. Anak-anak

Layanan tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun, dan fitur TikTok mengikuti batas usia minimum TikTok. Pengguna di bawah 18 tahun hendaknya menggunakan Layanan dengan persetujuan orang tua atau wali. Bila kami mengetahui ada data anak yang terkumpul tanpa persetujuan tersebut, kami akan menghapusnya.

16. Perubahan kebijakan

Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini dari waktu ke waktu. Versi terbaru selalu tersedia di halaman ini dengan tanggal “Terakhir diperbarui” yang baru. Perubahan penting akan kami umumkan di situs atau di aplikasi.

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data KPT Project (“we”) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights when you use the kptproject.com website, the KPT Uploader app for Windows, and the KPT Uploader app for Android (together, the “Services”). It is written with reference to Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, “PDP Law”).

KPT Project is a sole proprietorship located at Dk. Dopang, Ds. Lahar, RT 03 / RW 01, Kec. Tlogowungu, Kab. Pati, Jawa Tengah 59161, and acts as the data controller for the Services. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Summary

  • Your videos and photos are processed on your own device — the files and their contents are never sent to our servers.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • The kptproject.com website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
  • The free Android app shows Google AdMob ads; KPT Pro subscribers see no ads.
  • Payments are processed by Duitku (website) and Google Play (Android app). We never receive your card, bank account, or e-wallet details.

3. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to run the Services:

  • Account — name, email address, and password (stored as a hash, so we cannot read it), plus a profile photo if you upload one.
  • Billing details (optional) — company name, tax ID (NPWP), billing address, and country, for invoices.
  • Transactions — product and plan, amount, coupon, payment method, status, invoice number, and Duitku reference. To process a payment, your name, email, and phone number (if provided) are passed to Duitku.
  • Licenses and devices — license key, a device identifier (HWID) that is a hash of a system identifier, device name, operating system, and last-active time. The app sends these when you activate, check, or release a license.
  • Windows app free quota — the HWID (hashed) and the number of free uses per product, without any name or email, to prevent abuse of the free quota.
  • Support — the tickets and messages you send us through the website, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Security and technical logs — IP address, browser/device type (user agent), and access times, for login sessions, security audit logs, and rate limiting. Our server and Cloudflare also keep standard access logs.
  • Developer features (if used) — API keys (stored as a hash), webhook URLs and the event data we send to them, and team members you add (name and email).

3a. AI account and preloaded API credit account orders

We record the purchased plan, provider, initial credit amount and unit where relevant, payment status, and manual delivery history. Buyers receive new accounts; checkout does not request the buyer's existing provider password or API key.

Account access details supplied by an administrator are encrypted at rest and can only be revealed by the order owner or an authorized administrator. Credentials are excluded from notification emails, public catalog pages, PDF invoices, and audit records. Access and delivery changes are recorded without credential contents.

The access-detail retention period is configured before account products are enabled. Once that period ends, details cannot be revealed and can be purged from active storage; invoice metadata follows the transaction retention policy. Contact us about access details and their retention in backups.

4. KPT Uploader apps (Windows & Android)

  • On-device processing. The videos and photos you choose are processed on your device, and the results are saved on your device (gallery or a folder you choose). We never receive the files or their contents.
  • Data on your device. Your history and library of results (file names, locations, technical video info), settings, device capability results, and KPT Pro status are stored only on your device. They are removed when you clear the library, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app.
  • Updates (Windows). The app checks for and downloads updates from dl.kptproject.com (served through Cloudflare).
  • Licenses and free quota. See section 3.

Android app permissions and what they are used for:

  • Internet — to open TikTok, download videos, show ads, and check your subscription status.
  • Notifications — to show processing and download progress and results.
  • Foreground service — so processing and downloads keep running when the screen is off or the app is in the background.
  • Storage (Android 10 and older only) — to save results to your gallery. Files are chosen with the system file picker, so the app only accesses the files you select.
  • Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob (see section 6).
  • Google Play billing — for the KPT Pro subscription.

5. TikTok account in the Android app

  • You sign in directly on TikTok’s official pages, opened inside the app. Your password and verification codes go straight to TikTok — we can neither see nor store them.
  • The login session (cookies) is stored on your device. The app reads your own profile data (name, username, follower count) and your video list and statistics from TikTok’s pages to show them in “My videos”. This data is processed and stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
  • “Check & download”: TikTok links you paste or share to the app are opened directly from your device to TikTok, and downloaded files are saved to your gallery.
  • When you upload through TikTok Studio in the app, the file is sent directly from your device to TikTok.
  • Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s Privacy Policy. You can log out at any time via Account → ⋮ → Log out, which removes the TikTok session from your device.

6. Ads in the free Android app

The free Android app shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect your device’s advertising ID, device and app information, IP address (including approximate location derived from it), and your interactions with ads. Ads may be personalized according to your consent and settings.

  • Users in certain regions (e.g. the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland) are asked for consent through Google’s consent form and can change their choice in Settings → Ad privacy options.
  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • Learn how Google uses data from its partners’ apps: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • KPT Pro subscribers see no ads. The kptproject.com website shows no ads.

7. Payments

  • kptproject.com website — payments are processed by the Duitku payment gateway together with its partner banks and payment providers. We only receive the transaction status and reference number.
  • Android app — the KPT Pro subscription is processed by Google Play. The app only receives the subscription status and purchase token from Google Play to unlock Pro features; we never receive your payment details. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play.

8. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the Services — creating and managing accounts, processing orders, issuing and validating licenses, and sending license keys and invoices (performance of our agreement with you).
  • Security and abuse prevention — login sessions, audit logs, rate limiting, and free-quota limits (legitimate interests).
  • Customer support — answering questions and resolving issues (performance of our agreement and legitimate interests).
  • Legal obligations — transaction records and tax.
  • Ads in the free Android app — based on your consent where required, or legitimate interests.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.

9. Who processes your data

We only share data with service providers that help us run the Services, and only as much as needed:

  • Duitku — payment processing on the website.
  • Google — Google Play (app distribution and subscriptions) and Google AdMob (ads) in the Android app.
  • Cloudflare — networking, website security, and file storage (profile photos and app download files).
  • Resend — transactional email (e.g. license keys).
  • ImprovMX — forwarding of emails you send to @kptproject.com addresses.
  • Server (VPS) provider — where our website and database run.

We may also disclose data where required by law or by an official request from a competent authority.

10. International transfers

Some of the providers above (such as Google, Cloudflare, Resend, and ImprovMX) may process data outside Indonesia. We only use providers that apply adequate data protection, in line with the PDP Law.

11. Retention and deletion

  • Account, licenses, and devices — kept while your account is active.
  • Invoices and transaction records — kept as long as the law requires (e.g. tax, up to 10 years), including after the account is deleted.
  • Security and session logs — kept as long as needed for account security and deleted with the account.
  • Free-quota records (HWID) — kept while the related product is available, to prevent abuse; not linked to any name or email.
  • In-app data (library, settings, TikTok session) — stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time (see section 13). Once the request is verified, we delete or anonymize your data, except data we must keep by law.

12. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashing for passwords and API keys, and restricted administrative access. We do not store card or bank account details. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by the PDP Law.

13. Your rights

Under the PDP Law, you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your personal data is processed;
  • access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your personal data;
  • withdraw consent you have given;
  • request that processing be suspended or restricted;
  • object to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
  • obtain your data in a commonly used format;
  • sue and receive compensation for violations of the processing of your personal data, as provided by law.

Some of this you can do yourself in your account dashboard: update your profile and billing details, revoke active sessions, and release devices from a license. For anything else, email [email protected] from your account’s email address with the subject “Personal Data Request”. We may verify your identity and will respond within the time required by law.

14. Cookies and local storage on the website

  • Session cookies (essential) — keep you signed in and protect forms against abuse.
  • Browser local storage — remembers notices you have dismissed and the coupon code you are using.
  • Cloudflare may set security cookies to protect the website from malicious traffic.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

15. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and TikTok features follow TikTok’s minimum age. Users under 18 should use the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that a child’s data was collected without such consent, we will delete it.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We will announce significant changes on the website or in the app.
